Follow Up

Choose this appointment type if you've already seen me for your initial consult and we're checking back in to review your health progress. If you've seen me regularly before, but wish to discuss new pathology results, or have a new health problem to discuss, you can choose this option too.
Short Follow Up
$120
45-minutes
Choose this appointment type to review your progress if you've already seen me 2 or more times. If you wish to discuss new pathology results, or have a new health problem to discuss, please choose the 60-minute option so that we have time to give your health the attention it deserves.
